I have recently purchased this product and instead of putting my new P.O. Box address down I used my new Apartments address. Obviously the product did not make it to my address and after I realized my mistake I was able to contact a customer representative and was able to have my order shipped to my new P.O. Box address very quickly. I received emails from the Customer Rep within a few hours of emailing them my request after presenting them with my order number, etc..

I was very please with the quick responses and from fault of my own they were able to ship my order to me extremely quick.

I would purchase from this supplier again and would recommend them to you also..
